E-commerce Enablement Packages
Clear, outcome-based packages that take a company from no online presence to a live, selling store — on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, or Walmart. Choose the track that fits: we can set up a business directly, or enable a service provider to deliver these services to many businesses themselves.
Two ways to work with us
Track A
We work directly with an individual business, taking it from no online presence to a live, optimised store that's ready to sell. Best when the goal is to get specific businesses trading online quickly.
Track B · Higher leverage
We train and equip a service provider to deliver store-setup and growth services to their own clients — transferring the full capability so one company can then serve many businesses. Best for capacity-building programmes.
Three tiers, by how far you want to take the business — from a live store, to a discoverable one, to a multi-channel advertised operation.

How an engagement runs
We confirm which track and tier fits — setting up businesses directly, or enabling a provider — and how many companies are in scope.
We do the hands-on work: store setup, listing optimisation, advertising, analytics — or the structured enablement that lets a provider do it themselves.
Every package ends with a working outcome and a handover. Grow and Scale tiers include 30 or 90 days of guidance so the result sticks.
Common questions
We set up and optimise stores on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Walmart Marketplace, and can advise on the right platform mix for each company's products and target markets.
The MSME track means we set up and launch a store for an individual business directly. The ICT company track means we train and enable a service provider to deliver these services to their own clients — transferring the capability so they can serve many businesses themselves.
Prices shown are per company, for the standard package scope. Final pricing depends on the track, the tier, and the number of companies in the programme — larger programmes qualify for volume pricing. We provide a tailored proposal on request.
Yes. These packages are designed to plug directly into MSME support programmes, donor-funded initiatives, and ICT capacity-building mandates, with per-company pricing that scales to any programme size. See our capacity-building page for the programme-level view.
