• AI consulting, covering opportunity assessment, feasibility work, architecture, and evaluation audits
• Custom software and product engineering
• Web platform design and development
• Mobile application development
• Cloud architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps
• Cybersecurity review and hardening
• UI/UX design and branding
• Extended engineering teams and embedded engineering capacity

Services are delivered under a written statement of work or proposal agreed with the client, which sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for that engagement. Where a statement of work conflicts with these terms, the statement of work governs for that engagement.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Compliance

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and with the terms of any third-party platforms, APIs, or model providers used in the course of an engagement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services and to update such information as necessary.

4. Service Terms
