How do you handle the time zone difference with the US?

India Standard Time is 9.5–12.5 hours ahead of US time zones. In practice, this enables a follow-the-sun workflow — we ship work overnight, and your team reviews it in the morning. For real-time collaboration, we maintain a 2–3 hour daily overlap window that works for both US East and West Coast teams. Our engineers are used to this and don't treat it as a burden.

How do you ensure code quality from offshore?

Code review is mandatory on every pull request. We run linting, automated testing, and CI/CD checks on every commit. Our engineers are expected to write code that a teammate they've never met could understand and maintain. We don't separate "offshore quality" from "onshore quality" — there's one standard.

Do you sign NDAs and work-for-hire agreements?

Yes. All engagements include standard NDA and IP assignment agreements. You own everything we build. We're happy to review your standard vendor agreements or work from ours.
